why be trapped in the middle? One group is generalized as a binge drinking barbarian horde with an uncouth demeanor. The other are generalized as self-righteous, pretentious, holier-than-thou, pricks that fail to “see the world outside of happy valley.” Both groups are grossly wrong in their assumptive statements. So I would generally just not associate with either of them. That way you aren’t in the middle. :p
