Although I think it is a complete joke that UVU (I think that’s university in question) is bringing him in as knowledgeable political speaker, I can’t blame Joe for doing what he is doing. If there were enough stupid people out there willing to PAY to listen to me, you bet I would take advantage of that.

@Jake Spurlock: Um…no one cried foul when Michael Moore came? Were you living under a rock? UVSC had to fly in Sean Hannity just to counterbalance Moore’s awful liberal influence. It was a circus and it lasted for months.

I completely agree with Bags on this one—treating Joe the Plumber as a legitimate, respected political speaker is ridiculous.

My favorite part is that they are billing him as the guy who threw a wrench into the Obama campaign. Really? Because last I checked, Obama is in the White House. Way to change the world. Kudos to you Joe. Kudos to you.

The kid who got Sarah Palin’s daughter preggo is posing for Playgirl in February and is starting a career in “acting” (which I would assume means he is going to be an ‘adult’ actor). So I guess he is already famous-by-association.
