Multi Level Marketing

So… my coworkers are trying to get me to join the MLM Maakoa. Any thoughts?

If you like peddling worthless shit to your friends (in other words, if you don’t like having friends), I’d say go for it.

Every person I know who’s joined an MLM:

    has never exploited their friends,

truly believes in the product they’re selling and cares more about creating value through their product then they do about getting rich off of other people’s failures,

    AND…has become super rich!

I’ve tried that stuff it’s pretty nasty.

    How very Utah of you.

Unless you’re going to sell MaryKay or Avon (because that would be quite amusing), don’t do it.

    Here’s why:

Say no dude. You have to turn your friends, family etc. into customers. That’s so lame. If you do do it, at least avoid the stickers advertising all over your car. :)

  • Lana

I got sexually harrassed in my job interview there.

“So what do you like to do Lana?”

-”Well I love being outdoors, going to concerts, movies, social gatherings, etc.”

“Oh so you’re like one of those freaky girls then?” (Glances downward at me while leaning back with the most disgusting look on his face as if I just said I work on a pole on weekends…)

    -”Uh….what?”
